-Most of my video is on the internet
network websites, net flux, Hulu...
-I have ii options for resolution, 1920x1080 and 1280x720, at the start resolution all icons and menus are off the screen at the lower resolution the apps on the metro tiles will non open.
- the simply changes on the computer wad the upgrade to windows 8. Its a media heart computer with HDMI out and when information technology was running vista it married well to the tv.

I am having the same issue. I duplicate my computer screen onto a standard flat panel tv set, and the attribute ratio is completely wrong and windows will non permit me to alter. I am nigh ready remove windows 8 from my computer. And then many glitches.

south an option on your display settings on the GUI of your graphics card... so right click on the desktop , and select graphics properties, your brandish cards, program opens up , get to the section that deals with your tv set output and in the 'scaling' section - you tin manually accommodate the vertical and horizontal bars whilst getting the right fit for your tv

I am having somewhat of the same issue. Except when i want to change my resolution in pc settings under devices for my acer monitor, I cannot movement the slider that changes the resolution. and it is stuck at 1024x728 and everything on the screen looks like it is blown up. i didn't start having the trouble until I reset my pc to factory defaults. Everything looks ii time bigger than information technology was before. The just thing i tin think to do is updating drivers, that doesn't piece of work. it causes games to lagg and to have bad quality.
